The Weston Workers Bears Football Club invites players who wish to develop and progress their game towards senior NPL football in a professionally structured environment, at one of Northern NSW's premier clubs to register their place at the U15 or U16 NPL trials.

The Weston Workers Bears are delighted to announce the U13 coaching team for 2021.
Steve Macintosh and Troy Fischer will be in charge of the 2021, U13s and will provide them with the perfect platform moving into NPL football.
Steve is a long term Bears coach with a reputation for nurturing and challenging young players. This in turn has led to many players transitioning through to senior football with premiership success along the way. He is a club Honorary Member, former Hawks Coach and Bears 1st grade player which will help all new players settle into the club seamlessly.
Joining Steve is Troy Fischer who brings a wonderful knowledge of this age group and youth football experience from his role as a coach with Hunter Valley Football Association for the past 4 years.

The Weston Workers Bears are delighted to announce Ian Brogan and Mick Jarvis as the U18 coaching team for 2021.
Ian is no stranger to Weston. His vast experience and understanding of this age group is key to developing young players and helping to make their transition into senior football enjoyable and impactful. Ian is joined by Mick Jarvis who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his roles as Zone Technical Director and Community Coach Educator with Hunter Valley Football Association and NNSW Football.
