The Weston Workers Bears Football Club is excited to announce a double coaching announcement for season 2019.

Returning to the club and taking the reins of the U18s is the highly regarded and highly popular Ian Brogan.
Ian has previously been at the club in youth and senior positions. He is also a former NPL 1st grade coach and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion to the role.

Joining the Bears and taking control of the under 20’s is Chris Akins.
Chris rounds out the senior coaching team and will work closely with Kew Jaliens, Craig Stoker and Ian Brogan.
Chris holds a B Licence, has an extensive football resume with experience in national competitions/national youth leagues in various states and strives to develop footballers technically to their maximum potential.

The Weston Workers Bears Football Club are pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Stoker as 1st-Grade Assistant to Kew Jaliens for season 2019. 

Holding a 'B Licence', Craig brings 10 years coaching experience spanning NPL Youth, Newcastle SAP, NNSW State Titles and NPL seniors. This includes stints at; Maitland (19s), Adamstown (19s & 20s) and recently as Assistant 1st Grade coach at Lakes in 2018.

"Long term, I want to continue on the pathway into a Head Coach role in NPL, acquire my 'A Licence' and just like all players and coaches aspire to, gain a full-time gig coaching at either academy or senior level. 
Short term, I want to soak in as much knowledge from Kew and win the Premiership with the Bears."

zac

The Weston Workers Bears Football Club is excited to announce the signing of Zac Sneddon for the 2019 season.

Zac made his NPL first grade day debut with the club, won NNSW Rookie of the year in 2014, and now returns to continue his football journey and development under the tutorship of Kew Jaliens.

Zac is a Hunter Valley product and the club is delighted that Zac is returning to the region where his youth football began.

Welcome home mate.

The Weston Workers Bears Football Club is delighted to announce further re-signings in the senior squad with Jackson Burston, Jordan Jackson, Regan Lundy and Liam O'Reilly on board for season 2019.

We are all looking forward to season 2019 and the exciting football these young players bring to the club.
