2026 Premier Youth League

President's Message
Welcome to the Weston Workers Club Bears Football Club family. Whether you’re returning for another season or joining us for the first time, it’s terrific to have you with us as we step into the 2026 PYL season. Weston is a club with real history—since 1907—and an even stronger sense of community. We value hard work, respect, and the kind of team-first mindset that helps young players grow on and off the pitch. This season is about development, connection, and pride in the jersey. There will be club events throughout the year—launches, team catch-ups, and our end-of-season presentations—and we’re excited to keep improving our facilities to make Weston an even better place to train, play, and belong. To our players: enjoy the season, back each other, and keep learning. To our families: thank you for everything you do to make junior football possible. Your support—whether it’s volunteering, encouraging from the sideline, or getting behind our senior teams—keeps this club moving forward. Here’s to a terrific 2026. C’MON YOU BEARS! Rod Henderson | President

Technical Director
Dear parents & caregivers, Happy new year and welcome to the 2026 season with the Weston Bears FC. There has been a lot of work going on behind the scenes to ensure the club is ready in all departments for this upcoming season. To add, a new facility will come online this season, a facility to be proud of and a place to call home as a part of the Bears family. In the youth department, we are continuing to evolve ensuring the environment is a place for all young players to express themselves and reach their football potential. Apart of our vision & philosophy is a strong focus towards individual development with a set of standards to adhere to both on and off the pitch as well as a set of principles all young players will be striving to execute and improve on to help their respective teams throughout the season. Through the season I ask all parents & caregivers to trust the process and know that your son is in good hands. We want to not only create good footballers but good people and the Weston Bears FC is a place to bring out the best in everyone. Regards Adam Kwasnik | PYL Technical Director
