Ground

Weston's ground has been the home of Weston Football club since 1955 and witnessed some of the greatest players and teams in the history of Northern Football. The famous park also boasts some of the best facilities in the North.

A grandstand, completed in the early eighties straddles the halfway line. It maintains upstairs seating and previously had a small terraced area on ground level. Inside it had change room facilities for home, away teams and a referee's room. A small office and field facing canteen was included in its design.

There had been significant upgrades to the facility from 2010 and this was taken to another level with the decision from Cessnock City Council in 2020 to implement a master plan which completely overhauled the football facility to make it one of the best community football facilities in northern NSW.

The new amenities block provides appropriate changing, physio and gym facilities for the club to introduce a female football program.
The grandstand is completely revamped and refitted to serve as a clubhouse/office/meeting facility.

New, accessible, public amenities and large storage areas address the future growth of the club.

With new LED flood lighting, an electronic scoreboard and two raised concrete viewing areas constructed with grassed hills either side that link with paths and have ramped access, Weston's ground is one of the best for anyone to access and watch football.
