Gus

The Weston Workers Bears Football Club and the entire Northern Football family extend our deepest and most sincere condolences to the Lathan family for the loss of their son and brother Angus.

Is there any way to properly articulate words of comfort in what has been such a traumatic week?
So many have mourned and celebrated a young man with an infectious personality and contagious smile.

A talented young footballer, Angus has been at Weston from the age of 13. A leader, a captain, a friend and very popular with young and old. He embodies the spirit and personality all football clubs love and ours is built on.

Angus also brought his family to the club who, themselves, have become part of the Weston fabric and dear friends.
Thank you Mark and Helen for sharing your beautiful boy with us. We are better people for knowing Angus and in turn his wonderful family.

Rest in peace Gus - We will forever miss, remember and love you.
